Your Favorite Store & YouTube Had A Baby...

...and brought you something called Shopflick.

This is one of those brilliant ideas that I wished I had thought of.

Basically Shopflick works like this: sellers upload a video about an item and shows you how it looks, how it works, what it's benefits are...that sort of thing. As a buyer, you get the experience of a one-on-one experience with a merchant without leaving your living room.

The best thing about it is that it allows smaller boutiques and indie sellers to share their retail goodies with the world. I'm crossing my fingers that Etsy sellers will take advantage of this video technology to make that whole experience even more wonderful than it already is.
