Don't get me wrong...I love a DIY project as much as the next gal but something just doesn't sit right with me on this one.

Behold, the Paint Your Own Fendi Baguette from eLuxury. Yes folks, for $1300 smackers you too can get a coated canvas bag and a set of 10 Pantone Universe markers to scribble your way for all fashionable posterity.

$1300 bucks really? Are there socialites out there who become so unhinged by the thought of setting foot in a craft or thrift store that they need to spring for a homemade Fendi to flaunt their mad art skills?

Actually, the funniest part about this is the disclaimer on the ad: "only returnable in original condition." Yeah, I suppose "I Heart Dexter" in scripty curly-que font and glitter accents has a very limited audience.

One of my fave eBay searches involves bib necklaces but I'm really on the fence about this one. Part of me thinks the soft pastel colors and feminine beads make it the perfect finishing touch to some girly/bohemian/sophisticate outfit, while the other part of me thinks I'm a step away from Mrs. Roper's muu-muus and curly mop wigs.

I haven't posed this question in a while mainly because I haven't felt all that conflicted lately -- there's loads of fab or fugly stuff out there at the moment so it's pretty black & white. But this?

Look, I have a thing for fringe...

...but there's something about this Nine West Dakota Tote that just doesn't sit well with me.

Sure it's a swell shade of washed-out blue, and the fringe is tres flirty, but I couldn't help but wonder if I'd feel like I were lugging a large, oddly colored mop under my arm pit. Or worse, some mutt that fell into a tub of Rit dye.

Help Me Decide: Short Sleeved Leather Jackets: Hot or Not?

I'm starting to see leather jackets in store windows and I can't tell you how psyched it makes me...but I'm not sure how I feel about the whole short sleeve thing...part of me likes that it's good for those not so chilly days, plus it may provide some cool layering possibilities BUT the other part of me feels like, as I've mentioned previously that it's akin to wearing flip flops in the snow.
