It Was A Sad Day In Style History
(image from grow-a-brain)
Tragedy struck yesterday as word got out that Lindsay Lohan's line of leggings sold out at L.A.'s Intuition boutique and online after merely a week on the market.
One presumes that only 6 pair were manufactured and promptly snapped up by LiLo's nearest and dearest.
I'm not sure what's worse, the fact that these hideous assaults on my eyeballs sold out, or that clueless fashionistas actually bought the whole "knee-pads inspired by Karl Lagerfeld" thing.
Read the sordid details here.

Would You Buy Leggings From This Woman?

These ankle warmers (actually called ankle gloves) are a mere $42 at Intuition. Or you could go hog-wild and buy leggings that actually cover all of your stems for $34 from American Apparel
Do tell, am I the only one who finds these things utterly fugalicious?
Sigh.
I long for the day that talented, actual designers get the funds they need to create and market their wares.
What do you think?
